Last January, I was asked to be interviewed as an expert on Mezcal for a great podcast called Guys and Food. Being interviewed was a new experience and it was a great stretch to answer Gabe DiMaio’s thoughtful questions “off the top of my head” . My passion for Mezcal and Mexico has led to a lot of tasting, research, visits and conversations overt he last 5 years. It was an honor to share that knowledge and hardwork with a new audience!
